The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) held its annual Convention and Expo in New Orleans last week briefing attendees on the latest issues affecting ports around the country. A highlight of the event was A Taste of Louisiana where the Louisiana ports served Cajun and Creole delicacies to a crowd of several hundred, while Bruce Daigrepont and his band performed Cajun Music. The Plaquemines Port Harbor and Terminal District was well represented serving bread pudding to the hungry crowd.
