The Plaquemines Parish District Attorney’s Office reports that on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, a Plaquemines Parish Grand Jury convened and returned true bills of indictment on Seth Nunn, age 21, from Ojo Caliente, NM and Donavin Lymon, age 21, from Espanola, NM for First Degree Rape.
