Weatherman extraordinaire Bob Breck, the guest speaker at the August meeting of the Plaquemines Association of Business and Industry (PABI), offered a promising forecast for the 2014 hurricane season saying we are in a cycle where most storms will go up the east coast instead of hitting the gulf coast.
