Cormier's PIO announces termination from PPG
Plaquemines Parish Public Information Officer Tammy Bradley, a holdover from President Amos Cormier III’s administration, announced May 1 that she had been dismissed from her position.
“I was fired today! Only four months into the new administration,” Bradley posted to one of her multiple Facebook accounts along with a picture of her standing next to a row of portraits of past parish presidents. The account shared the post to another Facebook account under Bradley’s name.
Parish President Kirk Lepine, who took office in January, replied to a text message seeking comment that he cannot comment on personnel matters. Lepine said Plaquemines Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Patrick Harvey is handling Plaquemines Parish Government social media accounts for the time being.
