You can’t accuse Billy Nungesser of forgetting where he came from.

The former Plaquemines Parish President and current Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana, referred to by most in his home parish as simply Billy, rarely misses a chance to tout the lessons learned growing up in Louisiana and governing the parish at the end of the Mississippi River.
