Tue, 2014/05/06 - 5:00am News Staff
For the first time ever, students at South Plaquemines High School will be participating in a school-wide reading project called One School, One Book. The program is designed for all students in seventh and eighth grades to participate in a shared reading experience. Those students will receive a copy of the same book – Michael Northrup’s Trapped – and will be asked to read it together over the last few weeks of school. Not only will the students be participating but the adults on campus will also be reading.
