Phillips 66 Alliance Refinery Begins Re-Opening Process
The Phillips 66 Alliance Refinery, which has been closed for maintenance since October 2020, has begun the process of “safely restarting” according to a statement by Communications & Public Affairs Advisor Tristan Babin.
“Further details regarding the specific units involved and the exact duration of the work are considered proprietary,” Babin wrote.
It was first announced that the Phillips 66 Alliance Refinery would close for maintenance back in August 2020.
