Venture Global begins new slate of public meetings
Venture Global began a fresh round of public hearings, this time for its second proposed $8 billion liquefied natural gas terminal, June 3 in Belle Chasse.
Per Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines, VG dispatched staff to the Belle Chasse Auditorium for the first in a series of meetings to answer questions about its Delta LNG proposal. The new new project would be located mile marker 54 along the west bank of the Mississippi River, right next to the old new project at mile marker 55.VG officials did not say if the sites will be contiguous or share a campus.
