I am a native of Port Sulphur, Louisiana and attended Port Sulphur High School up until Hurricane Katrina struck in my sophomore year of high school. Following this my family relocated to Belle Chasse where I attended Belle Chasse High School and graduated in 2008. It was at Belle Chasse High that I met my wife Angelle. This coming January will mark our second wedding anniversary.

Transparency in government can be defined as openness, sincerity, clarity, and accountability. While the Plaquemines Parish Council professes transparency, their actions often resemble murkiness, vagueness, and ambiguity, the opposite of transparency.
