Angelia Paulette Jones Robinson peacefully transitioned from labor to reward on Monday, August 29, 2022, at her home in Harvey, La., with her loving family at her bed side; at the age of 68. She was a retired employee of the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Department. Daughter of the late Ethel Gertrude Duncan Jones and Earl Antione Jones Sr. Devoted wife of Marvin Edward Robinson. Beloved mother of Keith E. Andry (Tina Jackson), Shaun D. Jones Sr. (Katie), Todd D. Jones Sr. (Brittney) and the late Johnny T. Andry Jr. Sister of Charlotte A. Valentine (Willie), Earl A. Jones Jr. (Elaine), Deborah F. Williamson (Haywood), Michael G. Jones Sr., Robin Z. Isidore (Mark Sr.), Carla M. Smith (Carlos), Danny T. Jones Sr. (Melvina), Ethel G. Letherman (Durell), and the late Marcel R. Taylor Sr. (Virgie), Billy R. Jones Sr. (Cherlyn), Davy K. Jones Sr. and Alexander Jones Sr. (Myra). Daughter in law of the late Katherine Robinson White and Jimmy Lee Robinson. Sister-in-law of Larry Robinson (Christy), Johnny Anderson (Beverly), Greg Robinson, and the late Tyrone, Michelle and Willie White, Linda Robinson and Shirley Anderson. Angelia is also survived by 15 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren whom she adored as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends. Relatives and friends of the family attended a visitation and celebration of Angelia’s life on Saturday September 3, 2022, at First Baptist Church of Belle Chasse, 8828 LA-23, Belle Chasse, La.
