Ursula “Miss Blue” Cornin entered into eternal rest on June 25, 2015. Wife of the late Victor Cornin; daughter of the late Albert and Elouise Encalade, Sr.; mother of Brenda (Anthony) Narcisse, Ursula Barthelemy, Dwayne, Deneen, Castaderoll Cornin and the late Armond (Karen) Cornin; Sister of Geraldine (the late Warren) Sanders and the late Theodora (Jack) Cornin, Elouise (Melvin) Barthelemy, Stephanie (Charles) Encalade, Wilfred (Marie), Clarence (Margie), Alfred (Ethel), Albert Encalade and Alice (Anthony) McKinney. Grandmother of Kalan, Karlan, Navon, Jarred, Ryan, Shanika, Cami, Andriyelle, Kaihailee, Dwayne, Sabrina, Loreale, and Armond; Sister in law of Dorothy Encalade also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, six godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, Priest and parishioners of St. Thomas Catholic Church, employees of Turn Services, Severn Trent Services, Seaside Behavior Center, Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office and all residents of Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parishes, and staff of Heart of Hospice were invited to attend the visitation and Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 3, 2015 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Pointe a la Hache, LA Interment: St. Thomas Catholic Church Cemetery.
