As Memorial Day 2023 approaches, retired army veteran Donald Sino is preparing for his annual road march to honor fallen veterans.
This will be Sino’s 10th year performing his annual Memorial Day road march. And, as usual, it will begin in Harvey, take Sino through the Westbank, and end with him crossing over the Belle Chasse bridge. In total, the trek is about 10 miles long.
