Orange Festival Golf Tournament The Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival celebrates its 77th year. The annual Orange Festival Golf Tournament hosted by the Rotary Club of Belle Chasse will be held on Friday, October 20, 12 p.m. registration with a 1 p.m. Shotgun start.
