Plenary Hosts Community Meetings on Bridge Progress and Tolling Information

From Tuesday, January 23 through Thursday, January 25, Plenary Group—the company responsible for building the new Belle Chasse toll bridge—held a series of informational meetings throughout Plaquemines Parish.
