Tonya Becnel Named Special Olympics Volunteer of the Year

Congratulations to Tonya Becnel for being named Volunteer of the Year at the Special Olympic State Games in Hammond, Louisiana. On May 17, 2024, she was honored for being a coach and volunteer for 17 years, as well as being a dedicated Special Olympic School Based Program Coordinator.

BC Garden Club and Elementary School Celebrate Arbor Day
