Annual Palm Sunday Rabies Vaccination Drive Set for April 10

Made possible by the Louisiana SPCA, the Southeast Louisiana Veterinarian Association (SLVA), and The City of New Orleans Fire Department, the annual Palm Sunday Rabies Vaccination Drive will be held Sunday, April 10 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 7 fire stations throughout New Orleans.

Belle Chasse United Methodist Church held it’s Drive-Thru Ashes on Ash Wednesday this year on March 2. Rev. JoAnn Pounds issued 129 participants with ashes, blessings, and prayers during the event. Rev. Pounds sends thanks to all who participated in the service to the community.

Operation Whiskers

BCHS Student Earns National Merit Finalist Award

Belle Chasse High School is proud to announce that Ryan Miller has been selected as a National Merit Finalist. Ryan is a National Merit Scholar in the prestigious National Merit Scholarship Program and was one of the 234 Louisiana high school honorees.
