Louisiana SPCA Hopes to Reunite Lost Pets after Hurricane Ida

In the days following Hurricane Ida, the Louisiana SPCA has taken in more than 180 animals. While the normal stray-hold period in Plaquemines Parish is five days from the date of intake, the parish is extending this to 10 days from the date of intake due to Hurricane Ida.
