The Plaquemines Parish Seafood Festival is proud to present its new 2024 Seafood Festival royalty: Miss Queen Isabella Richoux, daughter of Aaron and Robin Richoux of Belle Chasse; Teen Queen Lelia Domingue, daughter of Marty and Linelle Domingue of Jesuit Bend and our Seafood Pearl - who's name was picked out of the treasure chest - Mila Hua, daughter of Tommy and Theresa Hua of Jesuit Bend.
