Plaquemines Parish Special Olympics coach and athletes were chosen to represent Louisiana at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games. The national event hosted in Minnesota from June 20-26th will have over 4000 athletes, Unified Partners, 1500 coaches and 10,000 volunteers.
