Fort Livingston Focus of July 7 Plaquemines Historical Association Meeting

To most, Fort Livingston, near Plaquemines’ western border, is a complete mystery. Many have passed it on the way to Grande Isle, but few have visited it or know anything about this coastal fort named for a prominent Plaquemines Parish resident.
