Garden clubs of the New Orleans area were asked to submit a decorated wreath for the City Park’s holiday Carousel. The theme, “Mr. Bingle’s Favorite Places.” The Belle Chasse Garden Club’s submission was created by Kathy Johnson -“Mr. Bingle Loves the Orange Fest”. Everyone is invited to go out and enjoy all of the beautiful wreaths starting November 17th....
