Local teen, Connor Woodside, a sophomore at Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology Academy scores a 35 on his fi rst ACT. Connor is also a member of the National Honors Society and earned a 5.0 GPA this semester.

I was reading some of the posts ahead of last Saturday’s election and saw one by Rep. Jacob Braud advocating for support of Amendment No. 2. In the post, he also mentioned the bridge project and said that tolls collected from Plaquemines residents will account for about $2.

Boothville Venice Beta Club Compete in 2025 Beta State Convention

The Boothville Venice Beta Club competed in the Beta State Elementary and Junior Conventions held in February 2025 and placed in several competitions. The winners have the opportunity to compete in the National Beta Convention held in Orlando, Florida in June 2025.
