The Belle Chasse Garden Club held its annual Garden Therapy event at the Plaquemines Parish Council on Aging. We had an outstanding morning constructing beautiful garden wreaths to display for spring and enjoyed delicious snacks and great company.

On February 6, 2025 the Belle Chasse Rotary Club uphold their motto of "Service above Self" with Basket of Hope's Super Basket Assembly 2025! They were able to help fi ll over 600 gift baskets to be delivered to area hospitalized children during Super Bowl week!

I was reading some of the posts ahead of last Saturday’s election and saw one by Rep. Jacob Braud advocating for support of Amendment No. 2. In the post, he also mentioned the bridge project and said that tolls collected from Plaquemines residents will account for about $2.
