Back in late August, the Plaquemines Social Aid and Pleasure Club took the Belle Chasse High School football team to Rock and Bowl for a pre-season team building event. According to Plaquemines Social Aid and Pleasure Club member Tracy Stein-Irby, the event was paid for with funds the club collected through tailgate parties the club hosts prior to the football team's home games....
