March 20 was the grand opening of Boothville-Venice Elementary School's Accelerated Reader (AR) Gaming Room. The students that met their AR Goals for the third nine weeks received a golden ticket, that is redeemable for 15 minutes in the gaming room. The students were extremely excited about the new reward for their reading effort. The incentive will continue through the fourth nine weeks and into next school year.
