On May 18, members of the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff's Office (PPSO) participated in one of Sheriff Jerry Turlich’s favorite events, the annual PPSO Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. PPSO thanks the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office and the Kenner Police Department for joining them for visits to the schools throughout Plaquemines Parish and a special thanks to the schools for helping PPSO support such a great cause.
