Belle Chasse Teenager Killed in New Orleans East Shooting

A Belle Chasse teenager was fatally shot at a gas station in New Orleans East on January 14. Based on reports of the incident, 18-year-old Seth David Chedville of Belle Chasse was shot alongside two other people when a gunman started shooting into the gas station parking lot out of a rear passenger window of a gray SUV.
