COUNCIL –
The July 24 Plaquemines Parish council meeting was sparsely attended with only five council members present, the minimum number needed to reach a quorum and allow proceedings to go forward. Due to this minimal attendance, there was relatively little discussion, and council members mostly just handled routine ordinances and resolutions, saving more controversial topics for later meetings....
