Council Members Adopt new Rules for Public Participation at Meetings

The Plaquemines Parish council adopted new rules at their February 23 Plaquemines Parish Government (PPG) and Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) meetings that will, in theory, change how the public can interact with the council.
