In the early morning hours of February 19, a Belle Chasse resident observed multiple suspicious young males pulling on vehicle door handles on Dr. Gorman Drive.
The resident was able to relay pertinent information to the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office (PPSO), including the description of the suspects and the vehicle they occupied.
