A little over a month ago, a Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Deputy was badly injured after a teenager ran him over with an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on May 31. This incident would land the deputy, Edmund Fisher, in a local hospital’s “Intensive Care Unit” in critical condition.
