At the July 24 Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) meeting, Executive Director Charles Tillotson announced that Director of Security and Vessels Jalen Brown will be leaving the port in the very near future. The reason for this, Tillotson explained, is that Brown is a member of the U.S. Army, and he will be 'receiving orders any day” to be deployed for up to 2 years....
