Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) enforcement agents cited two Belle Chasse men for alleged litter violations in Plaquemines Parish on two separate occasions. Agents cited Gabriel Menendez, 20, on Jan. 29, and Justin Vernon, 38, on March 10, for gross littering.
