Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents cited a subject for alleged _shing violations in Plaquemines Parish on June 22.
Agents cited Sang Huynh, 48, of Bayou La Batre, Ala., for taking game _sh using illegal methods, taking over the limit of Spanish mackerel, and for not possessing non-resident basic and saltwater _shing licenses.
