I, like everyone else was surprised when the news spread through the parish that one of our icons was being sold to Breaux Mart.
Personally, I am glad to see Sal, Ralph and Joe Balestra finally begin their much needed retirement. They deserve and earned a time to relax and enjoy the next chapter.
I can never think of a anytime during the seven day open hours that at least one if not all of the Bale…
