The Plaquemines Community Development Group held its second annual Christmas Fun Run, Parade, and Festival on November 29. Throughout the day, residents from around the parish and New Orleans metro region in general were able to enjoy a Christmas themed celebration, which featured a wide variety of events, vendors, and attractions, at the Plaquemines Parish Government complex.
