Plenary Group will be holding two public “Open Houses” in Plaquemines Parish in early November to give residents an overview of the Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement project and provide an update on its progress.
Specifically, one open house will be held in the Belle Chasse Auditorium on November 9 and one will be held in the Port Sulphur Community Center on November 10....
