This PPSO deputy stopped to help someone change a tire last week just outside our office in Belle Chasse. His only request was to keep his face out of the photo. We congratulate and celebrate the effort of the unnamed deputy for helping someone in distress and it is another reminder why we are proud to call Plaquemines Parish home....
