    A vibrant new piece of public art has officially found its home in Plaquemines Parish. “A Slice of Plaquemines,” an almost 8-foot fiberglass sculpture of an orange slice, has been installed at Papa Joe’s Snowballs on Highway 23, celebrating the parish’s rich citrus heritage and the power of community-driven art.
