Louisiana Ports took on a higher than usual profile in the 2023 session of the Louisiana legislature with three bills specifically aimed at creating some form of “collaboration” between ports. Two of the bills made it to the finish line and one did not. We write about those with officials’ comments on the front page of today’s edition.
