United Way announces regional relief pop-ups to help stabilize households affected by Ida

United Way of Southeast Louisiana (UWSELA) to host regional relief pop-ups to provide food, supplies and FEMA/ other disaster application support via Southeast Louisiana Legal Services to vulnerable families affected by Hurricane Ida.

Meals will be provided in partnership with locally-owned restaurants on Thursday, Sept. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Plaquemines Parish at the Belle Chasse YMCA, 8101 Highway 3, Belle Chasse.

Gifts to UWSELA’s Hurricane Ida Relief Fund will support efforts to create more pop-ups across the region.
