Former OLPH Pastor Identied as Victim in Double Homicide

In a sudden and tragic instance of violence, a former Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Belle Chasse church pastor was identified as one of the victims of a double homicide last week. On Monday, November 28, two bodies burned beyond immediate recognition were found behind a Covington business.
