I recently stumbled over a pamphlet from Maylie’s Restaurant. This was the fifth printing of the pamphlet, the first being in 1941. The fifth printing was in 1986. Not only does it contain recipes from the restaurant, but it contains a history of “La Maison Maylie et Esparbe.”
