Plaquemines Parish School System Hosts Trunk or Treat

On Tuesday, October 28, the Plaquemines Parish school system put on a "Trunk-or Treat" event for its special needs students from all over the parish. Several stations out of the back of people's trunks were set up so these students could enjoy a trick-or-treating style event.
