Francis “Frank” Baber passed away June 6, 2026 at the age of 94. Beloved father of Belinda Conner (Judge Kevin Conner), and Lorraine Seidel (David Sr.); grandfather to Wyatt (Vida), Keith, and Trevor Conner; David Jr. (Kimberlee), Kathleen, and Joseph Seidel; great-grandfather to Sammy Seidel, Rowan Conner, and Riley Melle. A family memorial service honoring Frank and Laura (our beloved mom who passed away in 2025) will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery in Florida for Veterans on June 26, 2026. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and how he enriched the lives of everyone who knew him.
