Leo John "Papay" Williams, departed this life peacefully on Monday, August 23, 2021, at his home in Davant, LA, at the age of 67. He was born in Port Sulphur, LA to the late Lawrence and Agnes Williams. Beloved husband of Brenda Williams. Father of Ratonia Bardwell, Ratrina Bean, Rakiera Powell, Sarah Ragas and Angelica Fernandez. Father-in-law of Kenneth Bardwell, Michael Bean and Donald Dyer. Grandfather of Timothy Williams, Kenneth Bardwell, Jr., Jesse Bardwell, Brentaja Bardwell, Shane Bardwell, Gerald Barthelemy, Tyrease Barthelemy, Amary Bean, Michael Bean, Jr., Eztn Bean, D'Shaun Williams, Aunjelle Powell, Daunielle Powell, Daniel Powell, Jr., De'Vera Powell, Atilla Powell and Donald Dyer, Jr. Great grandfather of Aubree' Barthelemy, Elijah Whiteside and Jonas Williams. Brother of Judith Williams. Nephew of Bertrain Ragas. Leo is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, devoted friends and his beloved dog Lil Man. Leo will forever remain in the hearths and thoughts of all those who loved him, especially his wife Brenda.
