The American Legion Post 329 of Belle Chasse and District Attorney Charles Ballay partnered to bring Easter Baskets to 30 children in Plaquemines Parish. Each year, Bryan and Sheryl Ruiz volunteer to help organize and put together the baskets that were distributed.
