On Wednesday, May 19, 11 volunteers from Chevron Oronite braved the heat to help revitalize the Tree Nursery and repot seedlings at Woodlands Preserve in Belle Chasse. The Nursery houses native trees, seedlings and saplings that are part of ongoing restoration efforts to replace trees destroyed in Hurricanes and replenish areas where invasive Chinese Tallow trees were removed.
