Billie Mae Cutlip Vicknair, was born in West Virginia on July 22, 1930. She was a longtime resident of Arabi, Braithwaite and finally Slidell, LA. She passed away peacefully at Heritage Manor Nursing Home on March 30, 2023, at the age of 92. She was the devoted wife of the late Raymond Vicknair for 56 years.
