Jeff Edgecombe named 2023 Orange King
Plaquemines Parish Businessman and Civic Leader Jeff Edgecombe was announced as King of the 2023 Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival after being nominated by the committee of past kings of the 77-yearold organization.
